Return & Refunds Policy

It outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for both physical and digital products, for customers within and outside the European Union (EU).


1. Returns for Physical Products

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible physical products (such as cookbooks or merchandise) under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used items

  • Customized or personalized goods (unless faulty)

  • Perishable items (if applicable)


2. European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you reside within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Notify us in writing via email at Trynot2forkitup@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Return the goods to the address we provide within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

We will refund the cost of the product and the original standard shipping fee. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product was received in a faulty or incorrect condition.


3. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the EU, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that local consumer laws may grant you additional rights, which we will honour in accordance with applicable legislation.


4. Digital Products (E-books, Downloadable Recipes)

All sales of digital products are final once access or download has been provided. This includes e-books, downloadable recipes, and any other digital content.

However, we may offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • You are charged in error

  • The digital file is defective or inaccessible

  • You have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content and you are covered by statutory withdrawal rights (e.g., under EU law)

5. Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item or size, please return the original item in accordance with the above policy and place a new order.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable shipping method.

  • We may, at our discretion, issue partial refunds for used or damaged items.
