2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

4. When will I receive my physical cookbook?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. How do I access digital downloads after purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a download link via email. You can also access your digital files from your order confirmation page or customer account (if applicable).
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
7. Can I return or exchange a physical product?
Yes. Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

8. Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link is delivered.
Refunds may be issued if:

9. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at Trynot2forkitup@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist with changes or cancellations.
10. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at Trynot2forkitup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
11. Can I print my digital products at home?
Yes. All digital products are delivered in a printable format (usually PDF). You may print them for personal use, but redistribution or resale is not permitted.
12. Are your recipes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our cookbooks and downloads are designed for home cooks of all skill levels. We aim to keep things approachable, fun, and full of flavour — no culinary degree required.
13. Do you offer gift options or digital gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or digital gift cards. However, you are welcome to send digital products as gifts by entering the recipient’s email at checkout.
