🌴 Miami Mornings Done Right: ForkItUp Style at Bobe

Miami, June 2025. The sun was already throwing shade (literally) and we had a bit of time to kill before the day’s chaos kicked in. So what do you do when you’re wandering by the dock, craving something more soulful than a sad hotel buffet? You stumble into Bobe — aka Grandma’s Kitchen — and let me tell you, Grandma knows how to throw down.

We weren’t planning a feast, but when in Miami… you ForkItUp.

🥓 Smoked Turkey Breast with Fior di Latte – Smoky, silky, with that creamy mozzarella hit that says “don’t even think about sharing”.
🌿 Pistachio Pesto – fresh, nutty, green magic smeared across warm bread that tasted like the Amalfi Coast stowed away on the plate.
🥣 Mediterranean Granola with Greek Yoghurt – crunchy, tangy, sweet. Basically a spa day in a bowl.
🍯 Homemade Granola with Banana, Berries & Honey – classic comfort but elevated, the kind of thing that tricks you into thinking you’re being healthy.
🥧 Pistachio Tart – flaky, nutty, buttery perfection. Grandma, if you’re listening, this is a mic-drop moment.

We rolled out of there fuelled, full, and slightly smug — because honestly, finding spots like this is why we travel. Forget the tourist traps. Follow the locals, follow the flavours.
